I believe that therapy is a self-learning process and that as their therapy progresses each individual is better able to have a greater understanding of their past and present behaviours. This new insight will allow the exploration of feelings and the recognition of their ‘inner self’. As an individual continues to learn, they will become aware of new undiscovered aspects of themselves. This knowledge will then be able to facilitate new ways of behaviour and relating to others.
